Eric Burrow is a Principal Consultant with the Hayes Office. Eric has over 20 years of experience in management and HR in the distribution, financial services and consultancy sectors. Whilst he has continuously advised on employee relations issues in businesses, he has also worked on major recruitment, training and competency-led projects in the UK. Whenever working with clients, he strives to provide straight-forward, practical solutions which are easily understandable and meet the needs of the business.
