Janet has over 15 years experience in HR including experience of unionised and local authority environments. Janet brings a practical approach to people issues and has an excellent understanding of all areas of Human Resource management. Her role at HR Insight involves advising clients on their HR issues and also working closely with them on projects such as recruitment, HR Audits, attitude surveys and TUPE. Janet’s particular interest is in using her experience to help clients improve performance.
