Kate joined HR insight as a HR Consultant based in the Romford office. With over 10 years experience in Human Resources, predominantly within Retail and Media, Kate advises and assists organisations in a wide range of employment issues, and contracted projects. These include:
Employee Relations, Recruitment and Retention, Developing HR Strategy, Coaching and Mentoring, Training and Development, Organisational Planning and Development, and other HR related support.
Kate is MCIPD qualified and has a BA Honors degree in Business and Management with a strong focus on employment law.
