Chris has some 20 years experience in people management and HR, particularly within the retail and leisure sectors. Chris specialises in coaching and developing managers to deal effectively with the employee relations challenges that they face and helping them manage change in their departments or businesses. Chris is currently working on site for one of our major clients, managing their HR function.

Mark comes to HR Insight with 8 years experience in Marketing and Human Resources in both the public and private sectors. He has a professional diploma in Marketing and works closely with the HR Consultants in the team to ensure clients receive the best service and are communicated to about relevant new products, services and changes in legislation.

Angela has over 12 years experience in Human Resources, predominately gained in Financial Services and Consultancy. As a member of our response team she advises and assists organisations with practical solutions to a wide range of employment issues.

Pam has operated as an HR practitioner for over 20 years in a variety of businesses such as engineering, IT and the public sector. As a core member of the response team, she advises and assists clients on a wide range of employment issues, and contributes to both the recruitment and outplacement services.

Rayna has been an HR and Training practitioner for over 10 years in a variety of sectors from catering, manufacturing and property. She advises and assists clients on issues ranging from employment to performance management and management training.

Gwil has over 25 years of experience as an HR practitioner and has worked in both the manufacturing and retail sectors. Since joining HR Insight in 2001, he has helped clients with a very wide variety of employment issues, taking them through the correct procedures whilst still meeting their objectives.

Roger works for HR Insight as a specialist Associate. With a background working for large national companies, he has considerable expertise in dispute resolution in the workplace. He also advises our Response Team and Legal department on dispute resolution issues.

Janet Mason Janet Mason
HR Consultant
Janet has over 15 years experience in HR including experience of unionised and local authority environments. Janet has a practical approach to people issues and an excellent understanding of all areas of Human Resources. Her role at HR Insight involves advising clients on their HR issues and also working closely with them on projects such as recruitment, HR Audits, attitude surveys and TUPE. Janet’s particular interest is in using her experience to help our clients to improve their performance.

Sandra Murphy

Sandra Murphy

Sandra works within the Administration Team at HR Insight. She has gained invaluable experience working as a Marketing Executive in the retail industry and as a PA for a firm of underwriters. Sandra assists with all administrative tasks within the office from dealing with all incoming calls to providing support to the consultant team.
